1.5 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
1.5 | tbsp | Butter |
5 | dl | Whole milk |
600 | g | Bayonne types |
700 | g | Kale without stick |
Instructions for Ham with stewed kale
To prepare the Ham with stewed kale recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the cabbage and tear it off the stick. Blanch the cabbage in leached salt water for 8 minutes. Pour the water and cool lightly before the cabbage is chopped roughly with a knife.
Prepare a baking by melting the butter without coloring and stirring the flour. Spread milk and boil in between. Add if necessary. A little cream to round the stew. Season with spices.
Bring the cabbage in and boil over low heat until it has the appropriate thickness.
Serves for thin slices of cooked ham with potatoes or hard boiled eggs.
