4 | slices | Delicatessen ham |

Instructions for Ham rolls
To prepare the Ham rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bank the snitzels thin with a meat hammer. Butter a layer of mustard on. Put the ham on and season with basil, salt and pepper. Roll the snitzels together as a roulade and tie them with cotton yarn. Brown the rolls all the way around the oil. Pour water and boil the meat under low heat for about 10 minutes. Take the rolls up and let them rest wrapped for 10 minutes. Remove the string and cut the hammer rolls into thin slices and server.
Serve the ham rolls with vegetables and bread.
