1dlTomato ketchup
1tspDried oregano
150gGrated or minced ham
150gGrated Emmenthal
2dlLukewarm water
20gYeast
300gWheat flour

Instructions for Ham Nails

To prepare the Ham Nails recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crumble the yeast and pour it into the water. Add oil and salt and flour a little at a time. Pour the dough well through the table. Put the dough for raising a loose place, covered in the bowl approx. 45 minutes. Slice the dough lightly and roll it out with a cake roll to a square, approx. 30x45 cm. Butter the ketchup on the dough. Cut the pearly finely and sprinkle it over the ketchup in a smooth layer together with oregano, ham and cheese. Roll the dough to a sausage and place it in the refrigerator approx. 15 minutes. Cut it into 12-14 pieces and put them on baking paper on the baking sheet. Put the snails in a cold oven.
