Instructions for Ham mousse
To prepare the Ham mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soak the gelatine in cold water. cut the rind of the ham and blend it with the sour cream and leeks. Cloud water from the gelatine and melt in a bowl over a water bath. Stir the lemon juice in and flip it around the ham mixture. Whip the cream and turn it in. Season with salt and pepper. Com mousse in a form and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Dressing: Taste the sour cream with salt, pepper and lemon juice and turn the leek pieces in.
Serving: turn the mousse out onto a bed of average salad or Chinese cabbage. Garnish with with boiled eggs, tomatoes and server flute to.
