20Savoyardikiks (available on hand in most ordinary supermarkets otherwise one can use the macaroons)
3tbspCognac
3.5dlVery strong coffee
4tbspSugar
5Pasteurized egg yolks
5Pasteurized egg whites

To prepare the Half-frozen tiramisu recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix coffee with sugar and brandy. Put the crackers out in a serving dish and pour over them with coffee mixture. Style it in the freezer for a few hours. Beat the egg yolks with the icing and the mascarpone and beat the whites until stiff. Turn them into the cream and place this over the frozen coffee biscuits. Leave it cold in ½ hour in the fridge, sprinkle with cocoa and serve immediately, preferably with a glass of moscato d'asti.
