200 | g | Dried chickpeas |

Instructions for Gulerodsroulade with hummus
To prepare the Gulerodsroulade with hummus recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put chickpeas in soft overnight
Boil them fresh water a 1 hour
Blend them with the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. cool
Tear the carrots roughly and chop smoothly. Wrap it all in a little oil on the forehead for 5-10 minutes. Add parsley and taste with salt and pepper. cool
Get 3 egg yolks in the pulp and whip 3 whites stiff with a little salt. Turn in the mass and put on a bathing plate. Bag in the oven for 20 min at 200g
When done, cool it off, then lubricate hummus all over the plate and sprinkle with limestone trimmer. Roll to a sausage and cool for a couple of hours.
Then cut thick slices of roulade.

Can be served with a good salad and a little rough bread
