2 | Large coarsely chopped onion | |
200 | g | Cream cheese naturel |
4 | Coarsely grated carrots |
Instructions for Guleødder soup
To prepare the Guleødder soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sauté the onions in a pan in a little oil or margarine, add the carrots and reversed with buds. Water, bouillon cubes and cream cheese is added and the whole småkoger for 15 minutes.
Be smoothed over with a little maizenamel.
Served as an appetizer
Tips:
Can be served with baguette and, possibly, sprinkled with a little chopped parsley the tastes too well with the juice of an orange or mandarin
