Instructions for Guacamole Cheesecake
To prepare the Guacamole Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crush / crumble rye bread and tortilla chips in a mixer. Add butter and mix well. Push the mass into a spring shape (24 cm in diameter) and style the dough in the refrigerator.
Melt the house over a water bath. Mix avocado, guacamolemix, apples, cheese, creme fraiche and lime juice. Add the melted husblas in a nice ray and mix well. Pour the mold into the mold and cook the cake in the refrigerator for approx. 4 hours.
Serve the guacamole cheesecake for grilled chicken loaf or to dug salmon.
tips:
If it's to be more luxurious, you can add salmon pieces to the guacamole and serve the cake as an appetizer or buffet.
