175 | g | Wholemeal rye flour |

2 | dl | Milk |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2-3 | tsp | Salt |
3 | Bananas | |
50 | g | Hazelnuts |
50 | g | Oatmeal |
50 | g | Flax seed |
8 | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Grove Banana Bowls
To prepare the Grove Banana Bowls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the lukewarm water when the yeast is dissolved. Add milk, eggs, nuts, flaxseeds, oil, salt and sugar and stir.
The bananas are blended and come in.
Then add oatmeal and oat bran and stir around. Then rye flour and grahamsmel are brought in and stirred.
Add the wheat flour a little at a time.
When there is about 200 g return flour on the table and knead the dough until it is smooth. It is important not to use too much flour so the dough becomes dry.
Put the dough to rise for approx. 50 min
Then the dough is kneaded again and molded into buns. When the first plate of buns is rolled, the oven turns on 200 degrees.
The cups raise the plate until the oven is hot.
Whip an egg with a little milk and brush the balls before entering the oven.
Bag the balls for approx. 15 min
tips:
You can possibly. Use spelled flour instead of wheat flour, or more coarse flour if you want the balls to grow coarser
