100 | g | Fromage frais 0.3% |
2 | tsp | Coarse salt |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
200 | g | Rye flour |
4 | dl | Milk |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Grovboller in shape
To prepare the Grovboller in shape recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a pan and add the milk. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the Fromage Frais. Stir the yeast out. Add the other ingredients (keep a little wheat flour back). Beat the batter well. Tire Bowl with a lid, and style dough to uplift in a warm place for about 1 hour. Take the dough out on a floured, and knead it thoroughly. Add if necessary. the rest of the flour. Portion dough into 16 pieces and form them into buns. Com each bun in a round, greased aluform (approx. 1 dl). Style dough balls on a baking sheet, and let them raise covered in about 20 mins. brush with egg and sprinkle with blue poppy seeds. Behind the dough balls in the middle of the oven. Baking time: about 20 minutes at 225 degrees
