The potatoes are boiled (whole) and the cream is warmed up. Mash the potatoes through a rough sieve and add hot cream, goat cheese, grilled spices and olive oil. Distribute the potato cream between two tortillas. Brush the quesadilla with olive oil and grill them on low heat until they have a golden brown color. Cut the quesadillas into "layer cake" pieces and serve them with BBQ Salsa Mango Peach Papaya.
