Ingredients for Grilled meatloaf

10 | Peppercorn | |
1500 | g | Venison w/legs |
2 | Carrots, diced | |
2 | Chopped onions | |
2.5 | dl | Water |
200 | g | Bacon, sliced |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
50 | g | Red currant jelly |
500 | g | Mushroom |
Instructions for Grilled meatloaf
To prepare the Grilled meatloaf recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chill is rubbed with salt and pepper. Brunes in a pan with 2-3 slices of bacon. Water, red wine, carrots, laurel, onions and peppercorns are added. Smokers under the lid for approx. 90 minutes. The meat is changed regularly and the wine is added to the final half hour.
Add the steak slice, add cream and add salt, pepper and ribs before the sauce is smoothed.
Cut the meat into ½ cm thick slices and decorate with bacon in cubes roasted with mushrooms.
Serve with buttered potatoes and cooked vegetables or seasonal salad.
