Instructions for Grilled lobster
To prepare the Grilled lobster recipe, please follow these instructions:
First make a garlic butter with parsley and sea salt.
Kill the lobsters by sticking the knife in the head and slitting them along the tail. You must halve the lobsters in two equally large sides. Clean them by removing the stomach and intestines (the black strip that goes from head to tail).
Cover each half lobster with garlic butter and put under the grill. If the weather is up to you, you can also grill them in your barbecue, but then you start grilling them on the meat side and get the butter first when you turn them around.
Serve them on finely sliced lettuce and garnish lime, toast and a little ali-oil.
