A few splashes tabasco to taste | ||

1 | dl | Red wine vinegar |
1 | dl | Soy |
1 | tsp | Ground ginger |
1 | tsp | Worcester sauce |
1-2 | tbsp | Fresh thyme leaves |
2 | tbsp | Dijon mustard |
2 | clove | Crushed garlic |
2 | dl | Tomato ketchup |

Instructions for Grilled American spareribs
To prepare the Grilled American spareribs recipe, please follow these instructions:
If there is a lot of grease on the food bags you can cut a bit of the fat off. Put the meat in boiling letsalted water and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
Whip the marinade together. Save approx. 1 DL. For brushing and serving.
Brush the pre-cooked ribs with battered marinade. Put them in a dish or in a freezer bag. Let the meat pull in min. 4-5 hours. Then remove some of the marinade with a kitchen roll so the meat does not burn.
Grill the ribs at a good distance from the fires. Flip them often and brush them with marinadad.
