The potatoes are boiled and peeled carefully. The meat is cut into smaller cubes-a total of 24 pieces.
The ingredients are put on grillspydene (8 in total): Potato-meat-onion-mushroom-meat-kartofel-cherry tomatoes-meat-pepper-potato.
