150 | g | Wheat flour |
2.5 | dl | Cream 13% |
200 | g | Feta. 60i |
200 | g | Shrimp shucked, boiled |

Instructions for Greek rabbit
To prepare the Greek rabbit recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the butter in the flour. Add the quark and knead the dough together. Leave it rest for approx. ½ hour in the fridge.
Roll out the dough and cover a pie shape approx. 27 cm. In diameter. Knock the base with a fork.
Pour the liquid from the feta and crumble it with a fork. Come feta and prawns in the pie.
Whip eggs, cream and pepper together and pour over the shrimps.
Bake the pie for 20-25 min. At 200 degrees C. alm. Oven on the middle rib.
