The meat is cut into slices and knocked. The onions are peeled and cut into rings. Potatoes are peeled and cut into slices.
Meat slices and onions are brightly lightened and layered with potato slices in an ovenproof dish. Salt and pepper sprinkles between layers.
Put the pilsner in the dish and place the dish in a 200 degree hot oven for approx. 45 min.
Ingredients for the sauce are mixed and the sauce is distributed over the dish, which is gratified in the oven for a further approx. 15 min.
