Vegetables-URf.eks. broccoli
Salt
2.5dlWater
5Eggs
50gWheat flour
50gButter

Instructions for Gratin

To prepare the Gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Butter, flour, water and salt boil to a lot and cool. The 5 egg yolks are stirred in a little while. The vegetables are rinsed (and driped well - otherwise the gratin will be moist before i) and added.

The 5 egg whites are whipped stiff and turned gently into the pulp. Pour into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with raspberries. Finally a couple of butterballs.

Bake for approx. 1 hour at 180-200 gr.
