125 | g | Sugar |
500 | g | Blue grapes |
500 | g | Green grapes |

To prepare the Grape sorbet with chocolate grapes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Blend the grapes shortly, pour the pulp into a sieve and let the juice run off. There must be 3 dl juice, throw the rest away. Boil sugar and water for 3 minutes, mix with grape juice and taste with lemon juice. Cool the mixture and freeze it to a snowy consistency in an ice machine. Whip egg whites almost stiff, add flour and whip to a stiff marrow. Mix it in the grape juice and allow the machine to move further so that the marble mass is evenly distributed. Fill the sorbet in a metallic form and let the sorbet stiffen in the freezer overnight. Then shape balls. Put them on baking paper and store them in the freezer. Repeat the process with the light green sorbet. Now place the ice-cream balls in different colors in a serving bowl and server with grapes dipped in white chocolate.
