Ingredients for Gorgonsolasauce
Freshly ground pepper | ||

1.5 | dl | Vegetable broth |
100-150 | g | Gorgonzola |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | dl | Milk |
25 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Gorgonsolasauce
To prepare the Gorgonsolasauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir the flour in. Add milk and vegetable stock a little at a time, beat well. Let the sauce Cook on a low heat for about 4-5 min.
Add lemon juice and finely chopped tarragon-Basil-. Let the sauce boil a few minutes.
Pipe gorgonzolaen in small chunks. Let them melt into the sauce, which will then not have to cook. Season with nutmeg, salt and freshly ground pepper.
