To prepare the Gluten free pita bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water, mix in the other ingredients and it all touched 10-15 minutes in the mixer.
The dough is shaped into small flat brod which raises the bar for 30 minutes.
Can be brushed with sugar water, so they get a more golden crust. Bake at 250 degrees C in 8-10 minutes.
