To prepare the Ginger Bisquits (Ginger Biscuits) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is melted on the forehead without breaking up. Sugar and syrup are added and mixed well and taken from the heat. Flour, ginger, lemon peel and juice are mixed in a dish. Add the sugar mixture and mix well with the dough. Put the dough with a spoon on a baking sheet with baking paper. Remember good distance. Cooking time: 175 degrees, approx. 12 min, in the middle of the oven.
NB! The chilled cakes can be twisted around one finger to small tubes and dipped in coating chocolate.
