Instructions for German bread
To prepare the German bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sourdough: Water, yeast and sirloin flour are stirred together. Foil is laid over, and the sourdough is stuck to the next day.
Mix the sourdough with the other ingredients, and thoroughly mix the dough. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. 1 hour.
The dough is thrown down and shaped into a loaf of bread. Replies to the plate approx. 15 minutes.
Bagetid approx. ½ hour at 200 degrees.
