Instructions for Garlic marinated leg of lamb
To prepare the Garlic marinated leg of lamb recipe, please follow these instructions:
Paralyzed soigneres of sinew and excess fat, and cut, tied up.
Garlic chopped finely and mix with oil, lemon, thyme, salt, paprika. The coils of lamb placed in the bag with the oil. Resting on ice for 24 hours (turned over regularly).
Brown in oven for about ½ hour at 200 degrees c. alm. oven rest 10 min. invert during rest periods, so headed continues until the total time in the furnace is approx. 1 ½ hour.
