310gChocolate (preferably 70% dark chocolate, I took even half carletti of each)
450gSugar

Instructions for Fudgy Brownie

To prepare the Fudgy Brownie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start cutting chocolates and butter into smaller pieces. Melt chocolate and butter over water bath, together. Remember to touch, regularly. Mix flour, salt and cocoa powder into a small bowl and set aside. When the chocolate and butter are melted, mix it with the sugar. This puts you aside and lets it cool. In a large bowl, roll out the eggs and whip them until they are shining. This makes us get the meringue on the top. Put the chocolate mixture down to the eggs and stir
together. Switch to a spatula or dough scraper and turn the dry ingredients into the mixture. Turn until it is smooth and uniform. Hold the dough in a square shape and bag for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

When you are going to check if the cake is finished, a little dough / moist curds should be added, but it should not be raw.
