200 | g | Butter |
200 | g | Sugar |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | tsp | Baking soda |
325 | g | Drained pickled cherries |
50 | g | Coarsely chopped Walnut kernels |
Instructions for Fruit Cake
To prepare the Fruit Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir softly butter well with sugar and stir the eggs one at a time. Stir vanilla sugar i. Mix baking powder in the flour and stir it alternately with the cream. Bring the dough into a well-rounded spring shape, 24 cm in diameter. Spread the well-drained cherries together with coarse-walnut walnuts. Bake the cake at 170 degrees for approx. 45 minutes.
