Instructions for Fromage Casablanca
To prepare the Fromage Casablanca recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the house block soft in cold water for about 10 minutes and then squeeze the water out. Sprinkle the eggs and mix egg yolks, sugar and coffee in a thickened saucepan. Warm the cream under whipping over low heat until it becomes thick, do not boil. Add the house block and let it melt in the cream. Set the cream to cool. Crush the biscuits roughly, chop the cherries and walnuts and plan the chocolate. Stir it all in the cream. Whip the cream stiff and whip egg whites to hard foam. First mix the cream and then the egg whites in the cream. Pour the dough into a bowl or serving glass and cool it until it is stiff, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream, half cherries and planed chocolate.
