Ingredients for Fried Swiss fillet
Freshly ground pepper | ||

1 | Egg for brushing | |
1 | Fillet or a large pork tenderloin | |
1 | tbsp | Mustard |
1 | tbsp | Frying fat |
1-2 | tbsp | Honey |
150 | g | Smoked pork into slices |
300 | g | Puff pastry |
Instructions for Fried Swiss fillet
To prepare the Fried Swiss fillet recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fillet is seasoned and flaked in flour, greased in medium fat until it hardly yields when pressed with the thumb.
Let it cool on a plate. Lay the fillet on the spoon slices, they are side by side, butter the honey and roll them over the fillet. Roll the dough to a thickness of approx. 3 mm. Lay the fillet on the dough to make an edge of 2 cm.
The edge brush with egg and fillet is covered with the rest of the dough. Squeeze the edge and cut the remaining dough off. The dough is brushed with egg and it is chopped with the rest of the dough.
Place at the bottom of the oven at medium heat 25 - 35 min.
Before placing the fillet in the oven, place it cool, if possible.
Server with green salad.
