To prepare the Fried eel in oven recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean, rinse, salt, rinse and wipe the eels. Cut them into approximately 8 cm long pieces. Turn them in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Brown fat in the pan. Brown eels on all sides by excessive heat.
Put them in the roasting pan after they have browned and pour the browned butter over. Let stand in oven for 15-25 minutes at 160 degrees.
