50gSmoked lard/bacon
50gSmoked lard/bacon in cubes

To prepare the Forlorren hare recipe, please follow these instructions:

Got milk in a saucepan with the sauce tilhørnede ingrediencer, and let it boil up. take it off the heat and leave it to you to use it. stir all ingrediencerne related forcemeat together (Taste like at the raw sausage meat, if it needs more Salt or Pepper. it tastes actually not so bad, and you will not be sick of that bit.) Came in a large heat-proof platter forcemeat cover with Sliced Bacon, if desired. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Pour the opkogningen that can be in the dish and save the rest for the gravy. rose in a good hour at 180-200 degrees in luftovn make an opbagning of Margerine and wheat flour, pour the cloud from the roast in and the rest of the opkogningen infants with milk, depending on how thick/thin you want the gravy. (Yes I know it well, it is a bold sauce but it tastes now so best with milk.) Season with Salt, Pepper and red currant jelly. Servers with Potatoes, vegetables at will.

I have purposely not put quantity of Salt and Pepper as it is an individual matter of taste how much to put in.
