0.75 | dl | Tomato puree |
1 | dl | Durum wheat |
1 | dl | Grahams |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
1 | tsp | Salt |
2-3 | tsp | Oregano |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
5.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Grated cheese |
75 | g | Cooked ham into slices/strips |
Instructions for Foccacia with ham
To prepare the Foccacia with ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
Udrør the yeast in the water, and add the oil, salt, whole wheat flour and durum wheat. Stir well and add 3 dl wheat flour.
