0.75 | dl | Tomato puree |
1 | dl | Flour or wheat flour |
1 | dl | Grahams |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
1 | tsp | Salt |
2-3 | tsp | Dried organo |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
5.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Grated cheese |
75 | g | Cooked smoked ham into slices |
Instructions for Foccacia in the food package (organic)
To prepare the Foccacia in the food package (organic) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Spread the yeast into the water in a large bowl
Bring oil, salt, grahamsmel and durum wheat flour in.
Add approx. 3 dl wheat flour
Put the dough on the drill add the rest of the flour. Knead the dough well together.
Put the dough back into the bowl and put a dish over. Let the dough raise a warm place for approx. 1 hour.
Take the dough on the drill and divide it into 12-14 pieces. Roll them to balls and push them to 1cm flat circles, place them on a baking sheet of some baking paper.
Turn on the oven at 250 degrees.
Let them add approx. 15 min
Sprinkle tomato puree on the advantage of the bowl over sprinkle with cheese and oregano
Bake them about 15 minutes. At 250 degrees
