1 | dl | Wheat grain |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
2 | dl | Flax seed |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Buttermilk |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Flaxseed muffins
To prepare the Flaxseed muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the liquid, add the salt, all kernels, buttermilk and half of the flour. The rest is added in a volume so it looks like a heavy porridge. The dough raises 3-5 hours at room temperature.
Style dough in the fridge for at least 12 hours and pour it out in small dabs of buns on baking sheet. There will be 10 buns of this portion.
The dumplings are put in the oven (cold) and intensifies at 250 C. after 10 min screwed there down at 175 C and buns bake finished in 15 min.
Can be frozen.
