100 | g | Grated cheese, mozzarella 10% |
2 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
2 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
4 | dl | Rice |
630 | g | Soup herbs frozen |
7 | dl | Water |
800 | g | Cod fillet without skin |
Instructions for Fish from Iceland
To prepare the Fish from Iceland recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rice is cooked according to instructions on package. The herbs are given a strongly rehash and onto by in a colander. Rice and herb mix.
Fish and spices cooked in 3-5 minutes.
Gravy: All ingredients for the sauce is stirred together.
Spread half of the risblandingen at the bottom of a baking dish, put toskefilet on this, the last half of the rice and finish with the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in oven at 180 degrees c. alm. oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with French bread and salad.
