Instructions for Filled Raspberry Waffles
To prepare the Filled Raspberry Waffles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Batter for waffles: Butter whipped with sugar and egg yolks. Flour, whipping cream, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and salt are added, and the stiftpiskede egg whites turned into. Thaw raspberries clean up, and turn the juice in the dough. Filling: whip the cream to the cream and season with sugar and brandy. Mix about half of the cream skimmed with good 3/4 of raspberry pure. Behind the vaflerne until crisp and Golden, and put them together with raspberry filling. Decorate vaflerne with the rest of the cream skimmed, and top up with the rest of the raspberry pure.
