Oil for frying
Pepper

1Finely chopped onion
200gMushroom in small cubes
200gRice
4tspDijon mustard
4dlChicken broth
4Pork Chops with bone á 225 g
400gPurified Brussels sprouts

To prepare the Filled chops with rice and sprouts recipe, please follow these instructions:

A pocket is cut into the pork chop. Mushrooms and onions are easily sautéed and cooled. Fill in the pocket of the cutlet.

The chops are golden on both sides and cooked in an oven at 180 degrees C. Alm. Oven for approx. 10 min. In the same pan, mustard and broth come together and this is cooked together. Season with salt and pepper and smooth with maizena.

The purified and cooked sprouts are served together with the cooked rice.
