1pinchBicarbonate of soda
1.5dlBrown sugar
100gAlmonds
2dlMelted sugar
2.5dlWhipped cream
3Pasteurized egg whites
4Pasteurized egg yolks

Instructions for Fantastic caramel ice cream

To prepare the Fantastic caramel ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Nougat:
Melt sugar golden on a hot forehead. Add almonds and baking soda while stirring. Pour the nougat mixture onto a baking tray brushed with oil. Let the mixture cool.
Bring the cold nougat into a palstic bag and crush it with a baking roll. Whip the 4 pasteurized egg yolks and the 3 pasteurized egg whites easily and foaming with the dough. Polish flounder for foam (whipped cream). Mix the egg mixture with the whipped cream. Put the bowl in the freezer for a couple of hours until it thickens and turn into the crushed nougat. Then, add the ice-cream mixture into a form and freeze it for another 8 hours.


Server possibly. With fresh / frozen berries.

It is very best when served on a hot summer day.
