500 | g | Chickpeas. dried |

Instructions for Falafel 02
To prepare the Falafel 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the chickpeas in soft overnight. Let them run into a doorstep.
Arrow and chop onion and garlic. Run all ingredients in a blender until the dough is firm and soft. Let the chickpeas stand for 4-6 hours at room temperature.
Form small, rather flat bowls with two tablespoons. Falafel must not be too big or thick. Then they do not get crawled before the surface burns.
Fry them in oil. If they do not hang well together, get a little more wheat flour.
Served with salad in an arabic bread with tahina dressing. It is convenient to make a large portion of falafeldej when you are still working on the blender. It can be frozen and stay for up to 1 year. However, first get the dough in the freezer after it has taken 4-6 hours.
