To prepare the Fadkoteletter in red with mushroom recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown koteletterne in the fat in the pan. Place them in a heat-proof serving dish and season with salt and pepper. Saute the leek, onion and garlic. Add the paprika and fry it with. Add conc. pure and sauté it briefly on the forehead in red wine, tomatoes, and water is added. Cut the mushrooms into slices and pepper into strips and toss them in the sauce. Pour the mixture over the koteletterne and set the dish in the oven-175 degrees-hot air for 30 min. serve with rice.
