250 | g | Beef into cubes or strips |

Instructions for Exotic Hash (Food)
To prepare the Exotic Hash (Food) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix ginger, water, soy and pressed garlic. Mariner meat in the mixture of ½ hour. Mango sauce: Mango and blended into a sauce, yoghurt and cold. Take the meat up, but save the marinade! Fry the meat in the Pan or wok. Rose then peppers and finally chives/scallion. Pour a little marinade and season with salt and pepper. Eaten with rice and mango sauce.
Tips:
Be careful with the salten, soy is very salty in themselves.
