To prepare the Espresso muffins (12 pcs) recipe, please follow these instructions:

DEJ: melt the butter.
Mix the butter and sugar together in a bowl.
Add the eggs.
Dissolve instant espresso in boiling water and mix it in the dough.
Add cream fraiche.
Add flour and baking soda.
