Ingredients for Emperor Larsen Bread

1 | dl | Soy sauce |
100 | g | Rye flour |
3 | dl | Water |
40 | g | Femkorns mix |
40 | g | Sunflower kernels |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Emperor Larsen Bread
To prepare the Emperor Larsen Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Wheat flour, rye flour, sunflower seeds, grains of cereal and lettuce are mixed together in a bowl.
2. Take another bowl and mix soy and water, this is simmered in a microwave oven and add the yeast.
3. Add the liquid to the flour mixture gradually, stirring with hand mics, (dough hook) until it is clear and firm.
4. Pour the dough into a covered bowl for a warm place for 30 minutes.
5. Peel the dough again and put it back into the bowl, after which it raises again for 30 minutes.
6. Slice the dough through and form it into a loaf of bread.
7. Cover the bread on the baking sheet and allow it to adhere for 10 minutes.
8. Scratch and brush with lukewarm coffee and sprinkle with five-grain mix.
9. Heater oven preheated to 250 degrees.
10. Put the bread into the oven and screw it down to 190 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
tips:
The bread may be moistened. With a water sprayer 15 minutes inside the baking, to make the shoe crisp.
