Instructions for Elderflower Sorbet
To prepare the Elderflower Sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
We use an ice machine where the shelf blossoms are poured in first and start cooling while the whips are whipped stiff to foam with sugar or honey. (We use the food processor).
The whites are added and stirred until the mass is a creamy-like cream. The mass is poured into a container placed in a freezer. The sorbet is best if served immediately after it has been taken out of freezer - for example. Together with Norwegian waffles or pancakes.
