Instructions for Elderflower bradepande cake

To prepare the Elderflower bradepande cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip eggs and sugar foamy. Mix the flour, baking powder and skimmed milk powder and stir this mixture into the batter alternately with elderflower juice. Stir in the melted, cooled fat in the dough at the end.

Divide the batter into a baking pan approximately 23x33 cm. lined with baking paper.

Behind the cake with the same thing in the oven at 175 degrees c. alm. oven for about 35 minutes, until it is golden and baked through.

Stir in sifted icing sugar and elderflower juice together, wide glaze over cold cake and garnish it with fresh or dried elderberry flowers.
