Ingredients for Eider Stroganoff

1.5-2 | can | A 400 Gr. diced tomatoes |
12-14 | Eiders breasts | |
2 | tsp | Paprika |
2 | Large onion | |
3.5 | dl | Cream |
400 | g | Bacon, diced |
Instructions for Eider Stroganoff
To prepare the Eider Stroganoff recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eiders breasts thoroughly clean for the yellowish fat and possibly. blood.
Cut into strips, about 1 cm wide.
Brown 1 time, then taken up by the pot, the fedststoffet is discarded and the breasts dry. (Fedtstofet can give a nasty taste)
Brown again, repeat if necessary. to discard the fat.
Pour the chopped tomatoes and ketchup in.
Fill up with water to lightly cover and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Set to boiling.
Meanwhile, Brown bacon and onions then add.
Boil 1 ½ hour min.
Before serving add cream, cook up and add if necessary. smoothness.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
