100 | g | Pumpkin seeds |
15 | g | Salt |
150 | g | Sesame seeds |
2 | dl | Buttermilk |
250 | g | Rye flour |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
300 | g | Rye kernels |
350 | g | Flax seed |
6 | dl | Cold water |
Instructions for Easy rye bread
To prepare the Easy rye bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
All ingredients are stirred together for about 10 minutes. With hand muffs or in a stirrer. Fill in the lubricated rye bread.
Put the dough on the fridge and leave it for up to 7 days. The longer it stands, the more sour becomes the bread.
When baking the bread, take it directly from the refrigerator and baking at 175 degrees for approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then turn it out of the mold and bake 10 min more.
tips:
I have found this recipe online - can not remember where but have just tried it and it will be a great good rye bread. Try it.
