Instructions for Deer the grill
To prepare the Deer the grill recipe, please follow these instructions:
The deer ribs are browned approx. 10 min. At 225 g C.
Half-cut males are laid in a refractory dish with the cut surface facing up and brushed with oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper and bowl on and put the ribs brushed with marinade, upstairs.
The dish is put in the oven and roasted approx. 40 min. At 200 g C. Turn the legs regularly and brush with marinade. Can also be roasted on the grill.
Tomatoes are baked with the last 10 min., Cut into the top and decorate with butter and bowl.
