200 | g | Wheat flour |
25 | g | Letristede almond flakes |
25 | g | Sugar |
3 | dl | Cream 13% |
4 | Egg yolks |
Instructions for Date tart with fresh dates
To prepare the Date tart with fresh dates recipe, please follow these instructions:
Blend all dry ingredients to the dough in a food processor. Add the butter and Quark and blend into the dough gathers into a ball. This can of course also be done by hand. Put dough in refrigerator 1 hour or so.
Roll the dough out and line a springform 22-24 cm in diameter. Put paper on the dough and fill with rice or dried beans and forbag tart at 200 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
Remove paper and stuffing.
Bring the cream to the boil. Beat the egg yolks and sugar, as well as vanillekorn thick. Strainer and whisk the boiling cream into the egg mixture, pour the cream in the pie, put dates on and sprinkle almonds over before the pie bake finished at 190 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
