Instructions for Daim Ice Cream Cake
To prepare the Daim Ice Cream Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
First, the nuts are baked:
The nuts are blended into flour. Whites and sugar are whipped to meringue, the nuts are turned in and the mass is distributed in a greased spring form.
The bottom is baked for approx. 40 minutes at 150 degrees C.
It cools down.
For the ice, plums, egg white and sugar are whipped and soggy. The cream is whipped and turned in. The ice is distributed in the spring shape.
The daim bars are chopped roughly and sprinkled over the ice, so that they spread themselves in the ice cream cake.
Freeze and remove from frost approx. 10 minutes. Before serving.
