100 | g | Flour, sifted |
12 | Dates, chopped | |
150 | g | Butter |
25 | g | Almonds, chopped |
3 | medium-sized | Eggs |
40 | g | Walnuts, chopped |
Instructions for Daddel-Cake (microwave)
To prepare the Daddel-Cake (microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:
A cake form is lined with parchment paper.
The butter is placed in a glass bowl and melted in the oven for 45 seconds at 100%.
Whip eggs and sugar together in a large bowl, add the melted butter, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, dates and walnuts.
Mix well together and pour the dough into the mold. Put the cake in the oven for 6 minutes at 100%. Turn the mold 1 time during baking.
Let the cake rest for 5 minutes and turn it on a dish.
When the cake is cold, pour the honey for 45 seconds at 100% and pour over the cake.
